Bandai Namco officially introduces the latest addition to the renowned Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi series, titled Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero.

A fresh trailer for the upcoming installment in the classic Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi series, officially named Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO has been unveiled by Bandai Namco. This revelation took place at The Game Awards 2023, where it shared the stage with other surprising announcements such as God of War Ragnarok’s new rogue-like mode, Hideo Kojima’s exclusive Xbox game, and more. Fans, eager for updates on the latest Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi game, were treated to this unveiling at The Game Awards.

Enthusiasts received an initial glimpse of this new Dragon Ball game through a teaser trailer at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour event in March, featuring Goku’s transformation into Super Saiyan Blue. Speculation and leaks circulated throughout 2023, fueled by hints from the English dub cast of Dragon Ball and anticipated release timeframes. In October, fans got wind of the new subtitle for Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi, revealing it as Sparking! Zero, a detail that was ultimately proven accurate.

The trailer highlights some of Broly and Frieza’s maneuvers, including Broly effortlessly tossing Goku like a ragdoll and showcasing his ability to transform into a Super Saiyan.

Sparking! Zero also confirms that it will be developed exclusively for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam. While no specific release timeframe has been disclosed, the showcased content so far has generated considerable excitement among fans.
