Centered around a dairy farm, the series draws inspiration from Hiromu Arakawa’s personal upbringing in a farming community in Hokkaido. The news broke on December 18 that a second season of Hyakushō Kizoku, also known as The Peasant Noble, is in the works.
As of now, details about Hyakushō Kizoku Season 2 are limited, and this is the extent of the information available.
The initial season debuted on Tokyo MX on July 7, featuring 12 episodes, each approximately four minutes in duration. While the format for Season 2 hasn’t been officially confirmed, it is reasonable to anticipate a continuation of the same structure.
Hyakushō Kizoku Season 2 Plot
The storyline for Hyakushō Kizoku Season 2 remains undisclosed at this point. Nonetheless, considering that Season 1 portrayed Hiromu Arakawa’s experiences as a farmer in Hokkaido for seven years post-graduation from agricultural school and before venturing into manga artistry, there is a strong possibility that Season 2 will maintain a similar thematic focus.
Coming from a farming lineage, Arakawa’s time spent on her family farm significantly shaped her perspective and also played a pivotal role in the creation of her well-received Silver Spoon manga. Hyakushō Kizoku Season 2 Cast
The official cast and crew details for Hyakushō Kizoku Season 2 are yet to be revealed. Nonetheless, Season 1 was brought to fruition by Pie in the Sky Studios, with Yutaro Sawada from Inui-san! directing the series.
