Tokyo Revengers Season 3 Episode 4 Recap
Hakkai believes that Mitsuya should avoid talking to Taiju, but Mitsuya insists that Hakkai shouldn’t handle everything on his own. In a meeting involving Mitsuya, Hakkai, Takemichi, and Chifuyu, they convene with Taiju. Mitsuya offers Taiju a chance to join Black Dragon, but there’s a condition – he must release Yuzuha. Taiju, recognizing that Hakkai has been protecting his sister, agrees to these terms.
Meanwhile, Takemichi suspects that Hakkai’s ultimate plan is to eliminate Taiju for the sake of Yuzuha. He confides in Chifuyu about the possibility of returning to the future, hoping that things may have changed. However, Chifuyu reminds him of the potential risks associated with going back. Suddenly, Hakkai appears to converse with Takemichi and Chifuyu.
Hakkai opens up about his family situation, revealing how Taiju employs violence against everyone, including his own siblings. He shares the story of how he initially took Yuzuha’s beatings on her behalf, but eventually, Taiju reneged on their agreement. Hakkai believes that Taiju’s agreement with Mitsuya doesn’t hold much significance for Taiju. He then informs Takemichi and Chifuyu of his plan to eliminate Taiju.
Simultaneously, during an officers’ meeting, Takemichi informs Draken of their intentions, but Draken dismisses the idea. After the meeting, Kisaki extends an offer to assist Takemichi and Chifuyu. He mentions having an informant within Black Dragon, and they arrange to meet at a karaoke. Koko interrupts the meeting and has the informant taken away. Nevertheless, the informant still provides Kisaki and the others with the desired information after negotiating for compensation. He discloses that Taiju will be alone on Christmas day, attending church to pray. Armed with this information, they deduce that Hakkai is likely to target Taiju on that very day.
