On December 6, 2023, Synduality Noir anime’s official website and X (formerly Twitter) handle announced that the second cour of the anime is scheduled to be released on January 8, 2024. In addition to this announcement, the official team revealed a new character visual for Mystere, a character expected to play a significant role in the upcoming part of the anime.
Synduality Noir anime, which originated as a mixed-media project by Bandai Namco Entertainment, has gained significant popularity. As part of this larger project, Bandai Namco also introduced a manga series titled Synduality: Ellie.
The first cour of the anime, consisting of 12 episodes, aired from July to September 2023. With the conclusion of the initial cour, fans are eagerly anticipating the developments that will unfold in Synduality Noir part 2.
Synduality Noir Anime Cour 2 is set to Release on January 8, 2024
As previously mentioned, the official team behind Synduality Noir anime officially confirmed on December 6, 2023, that Part 2 is set to be released on January 8, 2024. Alongside this announcement, details about the broadcast schedule have been disclosed.
Cour 2 of the anime is scheduled to debut on various Japanese networks, including TV Tokyo, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TV Osaka, TV Q Kyushuu, and TV Hokkaido, starting from January 8, 2024, at 24:00 (or January 9, 2024, at 12 am JST, or January 8, 2024, 10 am EST). Additionally, the anime will be accessible on BS NTV, AT-X, and other networks.
Disney+ has secured the rights for digital distribution and will exclusively stream Synduality Noir anime, commencing from January 9, 2024, at 12:30 am JST in Japan. While not officially confirmed, it is anticipated that global audiences will have the opportunity to stream the episodes on Disney+ and Hulu, mirroring the distribution pattern observed during cour 1.
Accompanying these announcements, the official website and X handle unveiled a fresh character visual for Mystere. Notably, Aoi Koga, the esteemed voice actor renowned for portraying Kaguya Shinomiya in Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War and Shoko Komi in Komi-San Can’t Communicate, has been cast to voice Mystere.
As per the official anime website, Mystere is introduced as a magus who made her appearance in the concluding moments of episode 12 of Synduality Noir Part 1. Distinguished by her distinct appearance and grace, she stands in stark contrast to Noir, adding an intriguing layer to her character. Possessing formidable Magus skills, she has the capability to vanquish the Silver Storm. However, Mystere’s true identity remains shrouded in mystery, promising an unraveling of her character and her significant role in the storyline in the upcoming part.
